Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Introduction
Bulletproof Automations respects the privacy of individuals who visit our websites, enroll in our training programs, participate in our communities, apply for certification, or otherwise interact with us.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bulletproof Automations collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Bulletproof Automation Builder Pathway, our training programs, certification activities, websites, communities, and related services.
Bulletproof Automations is a United States-based company operating from Florida and serving learners, candidates, customers, and organizations in the United States and internationally.
By using our website or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information you provide directly
We may collect:
- your full name
- email address
- telephone or WhatsApp number
- country or general location
- employer or professional information that you choose to provide
- program or cohort selections
- payment option or payment-plan selections
- enrollment and attendance information
- portfolio submissions
- workflow exports, screenshots, documentation, and other training artifacts
- certification applications and assessment information
- communications sent through email, Slack, WhatsApp, forms, or other support channels
- feedback and survey responses
- testimonials, photographs, portfolio links, or other materials where you have agreed to provide them
- other information you voluntarily submit
We do not ask learners to provide passwords, API keys, private credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information as part of normal enrollment.
3. Payment information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Paystack or other providers that Bulletproof Automations may use from time to time.
Bulletproof Automations may receive transaction-related information such as:
- customer name
- email address
- transaction reference
- payment amount
- payment status
- program purchased
- payment method category
We generally do not receive or store full payment-card numbers when those details are entered directly into a payment processor’s systems.
Payment providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Information collected automatically
When you use our websites, we or our infrastructure providers may automatically receive information such as:
- IP address
- browser type
- device type
- operating system
- referring page or website
- pages visited
- approximate access time
- security and server-log information
- other technical information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the website
Cookies we set
We use one cookie, and only when you ask us to.
bpa_region— records the country you select from the pricing control, so the prices you are shown stay consistent as you move between pages. It stores a two-letter country code and nothing else. It is set only when you choose a country yourself, lasts 90 days, and is not readable by scripts. Choosing the blank option removes it immediately, as does clearing cookies in your browser.
This cookie is strictly necessary to deliver pricing you have asked for. It is not used for analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking you across other websites, and it is not shared with anyone.
We also use your approximate country, as reported by our hosting provider from your network connection, to show regional pricing before you make any selection. This is read at the time of the request and is not stored unless you enroll, in which case it is recorded with your enrollment so that we can confirm the rate applied.
If we introduce analytics, advertising technology, further cookies, or other forms of tracking that materially change the information we collect, we will update this Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
5. How we use information

We seek to collect and use only information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
6. Program communications
If you register for or purchase a Bulletproof Automations program, we may send communications necessary to administer that service.

7. Marketing communications
Where permitted by law, we may send information about future Bulletproof Automations programs, events, services, or opportunities.
You may opt out of promotional email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to administer a service you purchased or requested.
8. Slack, WhatsApp, and community spaces

Information posted in shared community areas may be visible to other participants.

14. Data security
Bulletproof Automations uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss.
Florida law also imposes requirements concerning reasonable measures to protect personal information and notification following certain breaches of security.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
